Non-Exclusive portfolio/personal photoshoot for you. You choose layouts, from glamour to hard-core. 20 digital images on CD-ROM per hour of actual shoot time, your choice of digital size. 4x5 and/or 8x10 prints available for additional charge. All images completely cleaned and edited. No resale or commercial use. You receive 100% ownership, Vik retains copyright.		$175.00 first two hours, $75.00 each addtional hour, plus all expenses. *Additional digital images $2.00 each.
Video Ownership negotiable, vik retains copyright unless otherwise negotiated. VHS Tape included.		$125.00 first hour, $90.00 each additional hour, plus $50/hour if any editing. Add $35.00 for DVD. Min. shoot charge of $150.00, plus expenses.
8x10 Glossy Prints from my digital - or 5 x 7's (2-up), or 4 x 5's (4-up). Note: If you want 5 x 7's or 4 x 5's cut, add $2.00 per sheet.		1st print - $20.00, additional prints $10.00, plus s/h.

Copyright means the copyright holder (generally the photographer) has 100% distribution rights to the photographs. Copyright is automatically, by law, granted to the producer of the work, whether it be written, drawn, photographed, and/or other means, and copyright remains with the producer of the work until transferred by contract. This means the photographer is automatically the copyright holder of the photographs, and the photos cannot be reproduced, or sold, or used commercially without the express written consent of the photographer. Commercially means any reproduction or any publication, including any form on the internet (websites, newsgroups, etc.), that charges a fee or pays you a fee for their use. Newsgroup postings are individually negotiated.

Ownership means the owner can control who the copyright holder can distribute the photographs to. This means the copyright holder (again, generally the photographer) cannot sell, or reproduce, or distribute your photographs without your written permission. If you need re-prints and/or copies, you are required to obtain them from the copyright holder. If ownership isn't established, the copyright holder is automatically the owner or the photographs.

An example of how copyright and ownership relate - Assume your group, a Swingers Club, has a party, and you contract to have the party photographed. As the owner of the pics, your group can post them on your "FREE" website (but only ONE website), as long as your website doesn't charge a membership or viewing fee for people outside of the group. The photographer, even though he/she is the copyright holder, cannot sell and/or distribute the photographs without written permission by your group.

Many times the individual, couple, or group want to offset the costs of the photoshoot by offering part or all of the photoshoot, including videos if any, for sale to "PRIVATE COLLECTORS". Before I do any photoshoot, there are some VERY IMPORTANT RULES that WILL NOT BE BROKEN.

All participants will be required to produce two forms of ID, at least one with a current picture of themselves, for proof of age (over18) and identity;

All participants will be required to read and sign a model release, and if warranted, other necessary contracts;

If the photoshoot involves two or more people, all participants who will or may be physically touching each other in any sexual way will be required to provide a current doctors certificate stating they are STD free. This doctors certificate will be attached to the model contract. The requirement can be waived for participation between married couples (married to themselves).

I GUARANTEE to protect the identity and privacy of all participants and I will not divulge their identities to anyone without your/their written consent.

I can photograph many types of erotic pictures, but here's what I won't shoot: No kiddie-porn, anal, golden showers, or animals, so don't bother to ask.
